An outage does not stop the sale
The Wi-Fi drops, the counter sale still completes: it is kept on the device and goes up on its own when the network returns. A table already open can be settled too. Opening a table or sending to the kitchen, however, needs the server — we would rather say so than let you find out on a Friday night.
A four-digit code, and it is open
Each cashier opens their session with their code and their float. You know who took which payment, with no password to type at the counter in front of customers.
At the counter and at the table
Direct sales at the counter, for whatever is settled straight away. Open tickets per table for seated service, with the table name. Closing refuses to happen while a table is still open — impossible to close on a forgotten bill.
The ticket prints the way you want it
Thermal printer or browser printing. What appears on the ticket is ticked in the settings: your name, your footer message, the tax.
Your payment methods, not ours
Cash, cheque, transfer, whatever you accept: you create them yourself. Only what comes in as cash counts towards the float, and the closing knows it.
No more stockouts discovered at the order
A sold-out product is flagged in two gestures. It is struck through on every screen, and the till refuses to add it — the cashier no longer sells what no longer exists.
